General T & C's

Parents/Carers are solely responsible for their child/children at all times during Little Learners classes; for example, although care is taken to ensure materials used are non-toxic, parents/carers should take sensible precautions to ensure that materials aren't ingested.

Please be aware that some activities involve materials which can become slippery so extra care must be taken.

Please wear old clothes that you and your child are comfortable to move about in and would not be worried about getting wet or marked. Little Learners takes no responsibility for clothes which are stained, marked or damaged.

Little Learners reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare all medical conditions including allergies during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - karen@littlelearnersuk.com

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address: karen@littlelearnersuk.com

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

Disclaimer

Any misuse of discount codes will result in you being invoiced for the remaining balance. This includes sharing codes which are for your sole use only and using codes which aren't applicable ie. sibling discounts.

Covid Secure T & C's

Everyone must wash hands on arrival

A designated area to change and leave belongings will be allocated per family

Adults must wear a face mask during the session (unless exempt on medical grounds)

Adults to socially distance throughout the session

Each child will be given their own 'tool kit' and be encouraged to use their tools for mark making when exploring the messy trays

Anti bac gel and wipes will be available for use throughout the session and everyone is encouraged to keep stations clean before and after use

If you or your child is unwell, you must inform the class teacher so any necessary action can be taken

You must inform the the class teacher immediately if you test positive to covid-19 karen@littlelearnersuk.com
